Extra persons (including children AND infants), will be charged at $25 per night, $100 per week.
Maximum of 1 extra person per cottage.
Pets allowed @ $80 per stay regardless of duration -- One pet per cottage
Day Visitors $10 per day $5 for children under 12 (must depart by 8 pm)
A Deposit of $300 is required with each week's reservation and is refundable (less $50. for handling) ONLY with 8 weeks notice prior to reservation date.
Up to $100 cleaning fee will be charged if boat or cottage is left unreasonably dirty

RESORT POLICIES - apply to all guests

Pet Policy - Pet Allowed - under the following conditions:

1 Pet per cottage MAXIMUM regardless of size
To be kept on a leash at ALL times
Owner to clean-up after their Pet
There is a charge of $80 per stay - regardless of duration

GENERAL POLICIES

Check in time is 2 pm. Early arrivals can NOT be accommodated without prior arrangement.
Check out is 9 am for full week rentals. Late check out is possible on weekend rentals
VISITORS - All cottage / trailer visitors must register at the Office. The charge for visitors is $10 per person. ($5 for children under 12) All guests must depart by 8 pm. $25 for overnight guests
PLEASE no smoking inside cottages!
Patrons are responsible for the actions and safety of their children and guests including damage to the cottage or boat.
Alcoholic beverages are ONLY allowed on your cottage or trailer site. This is the law in Ontario (Liquor License Act of Ontario)
Noisy parties and profane language will NOT be tolerated. ALL QUIET AFTER 11 p.m.
Please respect your neighbour's cottage / trailer site when moving about the grounds.
Resort / Camp SPEED LIMIT is 7 m.p.h. or 10 km/h.
NO mini bikes or motorcycles allowed at any time through the resort camp area.
Keep the Resort and cottage site clean. Use the garbage container supplied.
Put only toilet tissue in the toilets (anything else harms the septic system).
Use the FISH house for cleaning fish, not your cottage / trailer site.
Use of air conditioners is NOT allowed.
Use only the fireplaces that are supplied in designated areas.
No gas storage in or near your cottage.
Please bring your own towels, paper products, soaps and cleaning products. One roll of toilet paper is provided.
Please do NOT SMOKE inside the cottages. The odour is really hard to get rid of and more and more people are bothered by it. The weather is usually good enough to go outdoors for a smoke and it's much healthier for everyone including children and the people who rent the cottage after you.
Remove all trash upon departure. Cottages left excessively dirty will be billed a $50 cleaning fee.

These policies are for your protection and enjoyment. Breaking them may be cause for eviction. The management of Alpine Resort is not responsible for missing articles or accidents.
