Absolutely no gas storage on premises (Gas and Oil extra on all rentals)
Use ONLY OUR GAS for our boats! Gas is premium grade. (NO ETHANOL) and oil is needed for some motors.
DOCK SPACE - Charges do not apply if you rent our boat/motor
Boating license required on ALL PONTOON BOAT RENTALS and Bass Boat Rentals. You should also have a good working knowledge of boats.
$1000 Damage deposit required on Bass and Pontoon boat rentals (credit card only)
Up to $100 cleaning fee will be charged if boat or cottage is left unreasonably dirty
$100 NON REFUNDABLE deposit required on boats & motors larger than 10 HP
Two canoes and two kayaks are available to use for guests staying at Alpine Resort and shared with ALL guests.. Paddles and life jackets are available at the GAS PUMP
