ALL trailers must be removed upon sale unless prior arrangements have been made, in writing, with the management of ALPINE RESORT.  ALL expenses accrued including gas and store purchases must be paid before your departure EVERY time you use your trailer.

PAYMENT – A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required by January 15 to reserve your site.  The balance is due BEFORE April 30. Post Dated cheques are acceptable.  Late Payments will be subject to a late payment fee of $25 PLUS an interest charge of 2% per month. 

GUIDELINES FOR YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME
These are common sense guidelines intended to make Alpine a relaxing place to be for ALL of our guests.  Above all, please respect your neighbours.

  • Immediate family members only, or 4 people per site at any time

  • ALL visitors must check in.  Visitors fee is $10 per person, per day.  You are responsible for the actions and safety of your children and guests.

  • Campers wishing to use their trailer before May 1 or after Thanksgiving Monday must pay a fee of $10.00 per night for a maximum of 4 people.

  • Pets must be kept on a leash, on your lot, and cleaned up after. Pets must be kept quiet.  Pets are NOT allowed in buildings. Aggressive pets will not be tolerated.

  • Dispose of all waste in the containers provided.  Bagged household garbage only.  Please recycle cans, glass, paper & plastics.

  • Alcoholic beverages are allowed on your lot only.  (Township bylaw) Quiet time after 11 p.m.

  • All fish cleaning must be performed in the designated areas only.

  • Use of air conditioners and electric heaters is not allowed (power supply is insufficient).

  • One vehicle per site.  All other vehicles must be left in the parking lot.  No boat trailers on your site. NO vehicles may be left on the resort when you depart.

  • Subletting of your site will not be allowed.

  • Be kind to the septic system and flush toilet tissue only.  NO "FLUSHABLE" WIPES!!!  They're NOT septic friendly! Use water wisely.

No refund of seasonal rental will be given under any circumstances.  These policies are for your protection and enjoyment.  Breaking them will be cause for eviction.  The management of Alpine Resort is not responsible for missing articles or accidents.

Currently we have no seasonal trailer sites available.
